Apparo Fast Edit supports the following operating systems:

  • For all supported BI systems valid: Apparo Fast Edit does not make any changes to the installation, the behavior of the BI system is, with or without Apparo Fast Edit, the same - the product support of the BI system remains intact.

    Data entry and portal integration are supported in this versions of IBM Cognos BI:

  • IBM Cognos Analytics
  • IBM Cognos BI 10.x

  • Data entry and portal integration are supported in this versions of Qlik:

  • Standalone

    The standalone version does not require a business intelligence system.

    The Apparo Fast Edit standalone version allows reading and writing in a variety of different databases.

    Apparo Fast Edit is running within a webbrowser and can be called via hyperlinks from all reports or dashboards where links can be embedded.

    Authentication is provided using single sign-on in a Windows domain.

    That means users don’t have to log into Apparo Fast Edit with a username and password, as Apparo Fast Edit automatically identifies the user account in use.

    The standalone version is ideal for systems that use Windows domains and Active Directory.

    The standalone version requires the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) or the Apache Webserver 

    Apparo Fast Edit requires an application server.

    The following application servers are supported:

  • Apache Tomcat (included)
  • Apparo Fast Edit can read/write - from/into these databases
